These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Expenses (also known as Daily Collection) mobile application and associated backend services developed by NAVI ROHITH N.

1. Permitted Use

Daily Expenses is provided as a calculation, ledger organization, and field collection route tracking tool for authorized business personnel. You agree to use the application strictly in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, agent PIN, and device access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. Location Tracking Consent

By enabling collection tracking within the app, authorized collection agents consent to the collection of precise and background location data as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Location tracking is used strictly for field verification and route calculation.

4. Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring that financial amounts, borrower records, and collection entries entered into the tool are accurate and lawful.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
